The following are some of the results we have obtained for clients in DUI cases in 2019. This list only includes DUI cases and not any of the results we have obtained in defending other types of cases. Also, this list only includes DUI cases that resulted in dismissals or acquittals and does not include the favorable results we have obtained for clients that involved resolution by plea or diversion. It is extremely important to remember, though, that past performance does not guarantee or predict future results. Every case is different and each must be judged on its own merits. City of Overland Park v. J.R: Client involved in a motorcycle accident and arrested for DUI. Not guilty on all counts at trial.
City of Lawrence v. M.F.: Client contacted by police after traffic infractions. After field sobriety tests, client was arrested and submitted to breath and blood tests. DUI dismissed before trial.
City of Olathe v. A.K.: DUI dismissed before trial.
City of Bonner Springs v. J.G..: Client stopped in checklane and arrested for DUI. A subsequent blood test revealed a .083 BAC. DUI dismissed before trial.
City of Overland Park v. J.M.: Client stopped for running a red light and arrested after field sobriety tests. He blew a .181 at the police station. DUI dismissed before trial.
City of Overland Park v. S.F.: Client involved in an accident and arrested. His breath test was a .226. Found not guilty after a trial.
State of Kansas (Johnson County) v. M.L.: Client stopped for going out of his lane and arrested after field sobriety tests. Charged with DUI after breath test at the jail. The DUI was dismissed before trial.
City of Olathe v. R.H.: Client stopped for traffic violations and given field sobriety tests. Arrested for DUI and given breath test and blood test. Case Dismissed prior to trial.
City of Merriam v. C.B.: Client got into an accident in a fuel tanker. After field sobriety tests, client was arrested and taken to the station where he blew .086. Found Not Guilty after a trial.
State of Kansas (Johnson County) v. A.H.: Client stopped on K-10 for traffic violations. After field sobriety tests client was arrested and taken to the jail for a breath test. DUI dismissed before trial.
City of Overland Park v. B.K.: Client found Not Guilty after trial.
