C.D. v. State of Kansas: Client was found asleep in his car in Leavenworth County. He failed field sobriety tests and took a breath test which registered a .183. The case was dismissed prior to trial.
M.C. v. State of Kansas: Client was stopped for traffic violation and charged with a felony DUI in Johnson County. Felony DUI charge was dismissed just prior to the jury trial.
P.H. v. Gardner: Client charged with a DUI in Gardner, Kansas after being stopped by a police officer outside of a bar. He took a preliminary breath test and blew a .177. The case was dismissed at trial.

D.K. v. City of Ottawa: Client arrested for DUI in Ottawa, Kansas after running from the police when the officer attempted to stop him for a traffic infraction. He took and failed field sobriety tests. DUI dismissed.
C.N. v. Olathe: Client was involved in an accident and took field sobriety tests. He submitted a breath test of .180. Olathe DUI dismissed by the Court.
S.A. v. Lawrence: Client charged with DUI in Lawrence, Kansas after committing traffic infraction and failing field sobriety tests. DUI dismissed by the Court.
A.A. v. Mission Hills: Client charged with Mission Hills DUI after being stopped for speeding and failing field sobriety tests. DUI dismissed prior to a trial.
K.S. v. City of Lawrence: Client involved in a car accident and failed field sobriety tests. He was charged with a City of Lawrence DUI. DUI charge was dismissed on the day of trial.
T.F. v. City of Mission: Client stopped for a traffic infraction and failed field sobriety tests. He took a breath test which registered .089. Mission, Kansas DUI was dismissed just before trial.
G.R. v. Overland Park: Client stopped for speeding and charged with a DUI in Overland Park, Kansas. Found “Not Guilty” of DUI in Overland Park.
T.B. v. State of Kansas: Client was involved in an accident in Prairie Village and given a blood test with a result of .240. He was charged with a felony DUI in Johnson County. Johnson County DUI dismissed after motions in Johnson County District Court.
B.B. v. State of Kansas: Client was sleeping in his truck across the street from a drinking establishment. He failed field sobriety tests and was charged with a DUI in Johnson County. DUI was dismissed by the Court.
R.S. v. Mission Hills: Client stopped for traffic infraction and failed field sobriety tests. Mission Hills DUI dismissed prior to trial.
D.C. v. City of Lawrence: Client involved in a traffic accident, failed field sobriety tests and blew a .201 at the jail. He was found “Not Guilty” of the DUI in Lawrence, Kansas after trial.
B.C. v. City of Shawnee: Client stopped for traffic violations and failed field sobriety tests. He took a breath test at the Shawnee Police Department and blew a .196. He was convicted of DUI in Shawnee Municipal Court but we appealed and the DUI was dismissed in Johnson County District Court.
B.W. v. Overland Park: Client found “Not Guilty” of DUI in Overland Park Municipal court.
D.P.: Client was involved in an accident in Douglas County, Kansas and cited for a DUI by a Kansas State Trooper. After Norton Hare’s involvement, prosecution was declined and she was not formally charged with the DUI.
